A ManCrunch spokesperson said the ad isn't immoral and dismissed any accusations of a publicity stunt, countering instead that CBS is discriminating against gays. She dared CBS to reconsider. "If the ad showed a man and woman kissing it would have been accepted. You see ads for erectile dysfunction morning, noon and night," she said. "It's discriminatory that they wont show this." CBS's denial of the spot is sure to stoke political debate, especially since the network decided to run an ad from Focus on the Family, a Colorado Springs, Colo.-based evangelical organization that has in recent years supported legislation against gay and lesbian marriage. Focus' ad is believed to be an anti-abortion statement featuring college football star Tim Tebow and his mother.See the ManCrunch ad video below: Share |

Add to the ongoing drama over which ads CBS will (and will not) air during the Super Bowl, the gay dating website ManCrunch. CBS has rejected a commercial from the company featuring two men watching football who suddenly realize they have deep, until-now unexpressed feelings for each other. CBS stated that "our Standards and Practices department decided not to accept this particular spot."
