Joe Dator is a native of Central City's Green Zone. He graduated Central City University with a B.T. in Fibro-Elliptics but became a cartoonist when he was deemed unsuitable for Gamma testing (his parents were both retinal anomalies, or "unscannables"). His cartoons have been published on the B-110 Information Sphere, The Central City Daily Memory Capsule and in The New Yorker. He has been a free citizen with mating rights since the last Elder Recombination and currently makes his dome in Sector 787411G.
